It’s scary when you look back and remember how you used to rationalize bad behavior, but the fact that you can recognize that it was negative means you’re growing up.
The magnanimity of conscious womanhood and realizations like these used to anger me. Now I take pride in those realizations; and like lil azn hottie said, I’ve grown up.
